What makes me different from the rest?
I believe that the most important thing in your training is not the exercise that you choose to do, but the technique you do that exercise with. We see this in the gym every day: some people go to the gym daily but they look the same after a few months or even a year. It could be because their diet is not right, or it could be that their training is not intense enough to make changes. It could also be the lack of discipline. Or it could be a combination of all these. Some people need to be held accountable by a coach to show up every time and stick to the diet. I always make sure that my clients are on track, I help with lifestyle changes, and I show them how to use the right techniques during exercise so that they can maximize their time in the gym by correcting any mistakes they make in their technique with instructions and videos.
